How to Exfoliate Your Skin?

One of the best facial scrubs can be created from ingredients found in the average kitchen.Believe me ladies, being sexy on a budget has never been so easy.

•  Mix one cup Sugar with 1/2 cup Olive Oil and 1 tbs grated Lemon Zest and scrub into skin for a couple minutes. Rinse with a warm washcloth.
•  Mix sugar with honey and a few drops of Almond Oil /Olive Oil and massage into skin. Rinse with a warm washclothl
•  Mix Brown Sugar with olive oil and a few drops of Rosewood oil/Lavendar Oil and a couple drops of honey.
•  Mix a tiny amount of brown sugar with olive oil in your palm. Once it turns into a paste, massage into your face. You can also cure chapped lips by mixing brown sugar with honey and massaging into lips
• Mix 1/4 cup Brown Sugar ,1/4 cup White Sugar with 3tbs Coffee Powder and 5tbs Almond Oil and any of the essential oils as per skin type.Exfolitae Body!!
• Mix 5 tbs Brown Sugar with 3tbs Baby Oil and 3tbs Yoghurt.

Note:

Base Oils like Olive Oil/Coconut Oil/Baby Oil/Almond Oil can be changed as per skin type/Suitability

Essential Oils like Jojoba oil/Lavendar/Rose/Sandalwood Oil can be changed as per suitability

My Take on Srubs/Exfoliaters: Picking out a scrub is really your own preference, I like more grainy ones that I can feel the texture. I don’t like micro beads for body scrubs because I like my skin feeling extra soft even if it feels a little rough while I am scrubbing.  The results are worth the discomfort (I scrub hard).  I like Fresh Brown Sugar Scrub with Ginger and Lemon grates for Summers and Warm Sensual Scents for Winters. I usually scrub my feet daily and face /Body once a Week.I like using sugar scrubs more than salt scrubs.I don't scrub when I have not shaved /waxed recently as it irritates my skin.Using a scrub once a week, also helps to reduce the signs of cellulite, so massage those problem areas you worry about a little longer. After I  scrub my body,I  rinse it off and apply a moisturizer.Definitely use a scrub before you apply self tanner.It will help it look more even and give you better results.

The Cadbury Bournville Effect!!

 I've never had an easier job than this,when I bought this dress after just a glance at it.The dress is gorgeous and the fit is incredibly flattering--it is such a great surprise to wear something thoughtfully designed for women's real bodies. Being a little bit of a conservative dresser, I found the cut and length of the dress just right and I love the sweet bow at the neck.Much to everyone's Surprise this dress was a pick from a flea market and costs lesser than a Cadbury Bournville.I didn't believe that 15O Rs could look so good.I mean this dress cost me less than a chocolate bar I would buy!! Isn't that Am-ah-Zing!!!

I went with my trusty black tights which adds some depth to the Neutral Color.I loved the Cardigan/V-neck Sweater over it and let the bow flop out....

I happen to love the combination of black and Neutral in varying shades, and this outfit is both easy and has interesting details.so I feel especially ready to conquer the day!!
